Story about the tin man?
Or, why doesn't lj offer some way for me to search my flist?
Someone recently (past week?) recommended a short story about the tin man. It's by a new author, or at least someone who hasn't published much. IIRC, he's got an apostrophe in his last name, and he has one book of short stories-- I think it's at a self-publishing site.
