The better eggplant

One of the folks at a local farmers market has been describing spherical Italian eggplants as being "buttery". I've been cooking with them, and they are milder than the usual and exceedingly pleasant.

Unfortunately, it's past the season for them here, but if you see a spherical eggplant (only 10 months or so till they come round again) and you have any chance of liking eggplant, check it out.

Probably the right kind of seeds.
