A transcript about the Honors videos.

A lot of it is about the careful balance officers (especially commanders) need to maintain-- too distant damages morale, too chummy damages good order.

One oddity-- Tailhook is mentioned, but not explained.

Which explains why the classic comparison is to parenting (specifically, fatherhood, in the classic male-dominated or -only armed force).
