Podcasts are on a schedule, and free for 48 hours each. I recommend the one about somatic experiencing (available free till 6:00 PM EST), and a number of the rest look very promising.
Idea I'm going to check out from the podcasst-- a lot of misery is caused by internal focus/self-correction, and some external focus can help a great deal. Also, that once a person's nervous system is tuned to looking for threats, that person is going to find threats.
